The worms reside in your pet’s lungs and heart and can cause very serious damage and even death. Treatment for these infections is dangerous and expensive. By having your pet tested yearly for heartworms and keeping them on prevention year round, you can help keep your dog happy and healthy!

The most common signs that a pet is harboring a parasite include scooting on the rear, a bloated stomach, diarrhea, vomiting, and seeing parasites in the stool.
